Just as when you installed our whole house fan a couple of years ago, you were thorough and very neat. As I mentioned when you were here, we love our whole house fan. Dear Sir or Madam,
I am taking a few minutes today to commend your serviceman, Jeff Tideman. Jeff did a great job adjusting the attic fan at my home. The entire roof was reshingled last month. During the installation of the roof, the roofers must have readjusted the thermostat of the fan because it would not turn off.
The attic fan was installed by your company in 2006. It has a shut off switch. I was able to shut off the fan, but I knew I would need to turn it on when the weather becomes warmer.
Thus my dilemma, and the need for a service call. Jeff climbed on the roof, located the problem, and reset the thermostat to 100 degrees.
Please let Jeff Tideman know that I was well-pleased with the service he provided by adjusting the attic fan.
